Personalized products (with a name, number or other customization you choose) are made according to the details you enter at checkout, so please review them carefully before placing your order.

Order fulfillment

Fury Jersey is the seller of the products offered in our store. To prepare and deliver your order, we work with production, logistics and delivery partners. By placing an order, you agree that we may share the order details needed for these partners to produce, pack and ship your products, as described in our Privacy Policy. Customer service for your order is always provided by Fury Jersey.

Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline your order at our discretion, for example in case of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or lack of availability. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, and payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted. If we decline or cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. You can request a cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting us. Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Exchange and Return Policy.

You represent that your purchases are for your personal use and not for commercial resale.

Prices and payment

Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect when you place your order, as shown in your order confirmation. Promotions may have their own terms; if they conflict with these Terms, the promotion terms apply.

• Sales tax: for orders shipped within the United States, sales tax is calculated and charged at checkout where required by law.
• Shipping: shipping costs, when they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.
• Duties and taxes: unless your checkout shows they are included, our prices do not include duties and taxes that may be charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.
• Payment methods: the payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and payment information, and you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping and delivery

Shipping times are explained in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates. If we cannot ship your order within the stated time, we will notify you and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund, as required by the US Federal Trade Commission Mail, Internet or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Risk of loss passes to you when the products are delivered to you, or as otherwise provided by the law of your country.

Intellectual property

The content of our Services created by us, including texts, displays, images, graphics, video, layout and visual identity, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. These Terms allow you to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use only. The Fury Jersey name and logo may not be used without our prior written permission. The Shopify name and logo are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, crests, logos, product names, designs and slogans shown on the Services belong to their respective owners.

Fury Jersey is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. All sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Fury Jersey. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and Fury Jersey, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from purchased products and services.

Privacy

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may also be subject to Shopify's privacy policy.
