Fury Jersey takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit our store, place an order or contact us, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices and rights you have. It applies only to information collected through the Fury Jersey website and the messages we exchange with you.
Please read this policy carefully. If you have any questions, contact us through the form on our Contact page.
Who is responsible for your information
Fury Jersey is responsible for the personal information collected through this store (in European and UK law, the "controller"). Our store is hosted on Shopify, which processes personal information on our behalf to run the website, the checkout and payments. You can contact us about privacy at any time through our Contact page.

- Messages: the information you send through our contact form, such as questions, complaints, suggestions or photos of a product.
Information collected automatically
- Device and browsing information: browser type, device type, language, IP address, approximate location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, links clicked and the website you came from.
- Cookies and similar technologies: see the "Cookies and tracking technologies" section below.
Information from others
We may receive information from Shopify, payment providers and carriers (for example, payment confirmation, fraud checks and delivery status) so we can complete and protect your order.
How we use your information
We use personal information to manage our relationship with you and to serve you better, including to:
- process, ship and deliver your orders, and send order and shipping updates;
- answer your messages and provide customer service, exchanges and returns;
- confirm or correct the information we have about you;
- detect and prevent fraud and protect the security of our store;
- understand how our store is used and improve it;
- send you marketing emails or texts if you have agreed to receive them, and show you relevant ads, where permitted by law;
- comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules, and respond to lawful requests from authorities;
- protect our rights, our customers and others, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Legal bases for processing (EU and UK visitors)
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to process and deliver your order and provide customer service.
- Legal obligation: to meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
- Legitimate interests: to keep our store secure, prevent fraud and improve our services, as long as these interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Consent: for marketing messages and non-essential cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before.
If you choose not to share information
You are not required to give us personal information. However, without certain details (such as your name, email and shipping address) we cannot complete or deliver your order or answer your request.
How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information only as needed to run our store, with:
- Shopify, which hosts our store and processes data on our behalf;
- payment providers, to process your payment and prevent fraud;
- production and logistics partners and carriers, to prepare, ship and deliver your order;
- service providers that help us with customer service, email, analytics and advertising, under contracts that limit how they can use your information;
- authorities, when required by law or to protect our rights and the rights of others;
- a buyer or successor, in the event of a merger, sale or transfer of all or part of our business.
Cookies and tracking technologies
Our store uses cookies and similar technologies, such as pixels, to make the website work, remember your cart and preferences, understand how the store is used and, where permitted, measure and personalize advertising.
- Strictly necessary: required for the store, cart and checkout to work. These cannot be turned off.
- Preferences and analytics: help us remember your choices and understand how visitors use the store.
- Marketing: help us and our advertising partners show you relevant ads on other websites and measure their results.
Where the law requires your consent (for example, in the EU and UK), we ask for it before using non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect how the store works.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we hold about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions;
- receive a copy of your information in a portable format;
- opt out of targeted advertising and of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information as defined by law;
- restrict or object to certain processing;
- withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- appeal our decision if we decline your request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Residents of California and other US states
Residents of California and of other states with consumer privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others) have the rights listed above, as provided by the law of their state.
- Categories of information: in the last 12 months we have collected identifiers and contact details, order and commercial information, internet and device activity, approximate location and the content of messages you send us, from the sources and for the purposes described in this policy.
- Sale and sharing: we do not sell personal information for money. Some cookies and pixels used for advertising may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising" under certain state laws. You can opt out at any time as described below.
- Global Privacy Control: we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal sent by your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
- Sensitive personal information: we do not collect it and do not use it to infer characteristics about you.
- Authorized agents: you may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may need to verify your identity directly.
- Appeals: if we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision through our contact form. If you are not satisfied with the result of your appeal, you may contact the Attorney General of your state.
Visitors from the European Union and the United Kingdom
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the rights described in the GDPR or the UK GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of the country where you live or work. We would, however, appreciate the chance to address your concerns first, so please contact us.
How to exercise your rights
- Send a request: use the form on our Contact page and start your message with a clear subject, such as "Privacy request: access" or "Privacy request: deletion".
- Help us verify your identity: include the email address used for your order and, if possible, your order number. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity and protect your data. We only use this information for verification.
- Confirmation: we will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
- Response: we will respond within one month (EU and UK) or within 45 days (US state laws) of receiving your request. Where the law allows, this period may be extended for complex requests, and we will tell you if that happens and why.
In some cases, legal obligations may prevent us from fully completing a request, for example when we must keep order records for tax purposes. If so, we will explain the reason.
International data transfers
We work with service providers in different countries, and Shopify and our partners may store and process your information outside the country where you live, including in the United States and Canada. When personal information from the EU or the UK is transferred to countries that do not have an equivalent level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission (and the UK equivalent), as offered by our service providers.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law:
- Account information: while your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
- Order and transaction records: 7 years, to meet tax and accounting obligations.
- Customer service messages: 2 years from our last interaction.
- Marketing data: until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent.
- Technical logs: 6 months, for security and operational purposes.
After these periods, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized.
Marketing communications
We only send marketing emails or text messages if you have agreed to receive them or where the law otherwise allows it. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, in line with the US CAN-SPAM Act and similar laws, and we process unsubscribe requests promptly. Text messages, if offered, can be stopped by replying STOP. Even after you unsubscribe, we will still send messages about your orders.
Children's privacy
Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU and UK), in line with the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the GDPR. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect your information
We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and the security features of the Shopify platform, which is certified as a PCI DSS Level 1 service provider. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you believe your interaction with us is no longer secure (for example, if your account may have been compromised), please contact us immediately.
Third party websites and social networks
Our store may contain links to other websites and social networks. Each of them has its own privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Please review their privacy policies before sharing personal information with them.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated. If we make significant changes, we will let you know through a notice on our store or by email where appropriate.
